These are a mens pair of vintage breeches but I think these are fine as unisex.
Heavy twill, tailored by Bernard Weatherill (buttons stamped) in 1940.
Very good example.

Condition
Vintage with wear and some soiling as photos, couple of the bottom buttons missing at hem,
